Find markets
Find a market in Explore: switch between events and markets, search, filter, sort and share the view.
Explore is the home screen of Rumor Predict and the first item in the header. It lists the Polymarket markets that are open for trading; closed markets and markets past their end date don't appear.
On a phone, Explore isn't available: Rumor Predict asks you to open it on a larger screen. See Rumor Predict on your phone.
Events and markets
Polymarket groups markets under events:
- An event is a topic, such as Democratic Presidential Nominee 2028. It has volume and an end date, but no single probability.
- A market is one tradeable question inside it, such as Will Newsom win the 2028 Democratic nomination?, with its own price and order book.
Most markets have two outcomes, Yes and No; some name them instead, such as the two teams in a match. A market's Probability is the price of its first outcome (Yes on Yes/No markets).
The Events / Markets toggle at the top left switches the view. Explore opens in Events view, where clicking an event row expands it to show its markets. In Markets view each row is a single market. Click a market row to open its market page.
Search
The search box in the toolbar finds events in Events view and single markets in Markets view.
Categories
Categories come from Polymarket, so the list can change. To pick one, show the category strip with the list icon next to Filters. To pick several at once, use Filters → Select Categories. The two stay in sync.
Filters
Click Filters in the toolbar to set:
- a Min and Max for Probability (in %) and for Volume, 24h Volume and Liquidity (in $);
- an End Date within the next 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days;
- which columns to show, under Select Columns.
Changes take effect only when you click Apply; closing the panel without it discards them. Reset returns the panel to its defaults.
Share a view
Your search, categories, filters and sort are kept in the page address. Bookmark the link, or send it to someone, to open the same list. Hidden columns and your Quick Buy amount stay in your browser instead.
Quick Buy
Each market row has Y and N buttons that buy in one click at the amount in the Quick Buy field on the toolbar. See Quick Buy.
Ask Rumor AI
You can also ask Rumor AI to find markets in plain words. Its market cards have an Open button that takes you to the market page.
